Professor Castañeda will hold Lectures about the History of Chilean Economy. (The power points of this course are made in English). This course aims to teach finance and economic events in English as well as encourage the students to learn more of this language and of the history of the Chilean economy.  Professor Castaneda wants to be very honest and up front with his students and let them know that he is not 100% bilingual, however he will do everything it takes, to give up resistances and fears. He is in fact, convinced that it will actually help USACH students to deepen and progress the skills and abilities. He points out; "that most students will realise they have a good level of English, and furthermore it will create a self -taught spirit in terms of learning new topics.

All students must be registered in advance with Jaskara Osterwalder, International Office nº 226- Edificio FAE.

This course is a non-credit course, but by the end, it will be delivered a Certificate of Attendance. There will be soft drinks and cakes during the Lectures.
